. During the initial assessment, you will be given a thorough physical by Dr. Reid. He will then send you out for an MRI if you haven't had one recently. This will help with his physical assessment to see exactly where the pain is located and derived from.
Why do I have to do a urine test?
With what is going on in our country individuals using a number of prescription drugs or doctor shopping, it is imperative that we screen each patient to see that they are not abusing any prescription drugs.

Why do I have to bring a driver with me?
Dr. Reid performs "conscious sedation," in which mild sedation is given to make the patient comfortable during the procedure; therefore a driver is needed to take the patient home.
